Why we built them.

Every film, every campaign, every casting call has the same problem: too much work, too many people, too little time. The standard answer has been to hire more producers, more assistants, more readers. That model is broken.

We built our own AI tools because the off-the-shelf options weren't good enough — they don't understand the script, the dialect, the production reality of how films actually get made. Each Stryvia tool is purpose-built for one specific bottleneck, deployed across our services, and gets sharper with every project that runs through it.

The thirteen tools below cover the production lifecycle end-to-end — from a script in a Word document to a finished film delivered to a streamer. They are not consumer products. They are studio infrastructure. They run inside our workflow, and selectively, inside yours.

The flagship.

Stryvia.ai is the platform Stryvia is built on. Three coequal products on a single engine, sharing the same data layer and the same producer workflow — but each with its own goal, its own competitive landscape, and its own evolution.

Project Valuation Engine answers "what is this worth?" — confidence-bounded, methodologically transparent.

Brand Placement Discovery answers "how do we monetize it?" — pre-production, not post.

Integrated Script Editor answers "how do we make it better?" — the producer's daily workspace.

Every other studio uses three different tools for these three jobs. We built one platform that does all three, and that's why our films come out the way they do.

How we produce.

Stryvia is a fully operational production house. Feature films. Premium drama. Commercials and TVCs. Branded entertainment. Short-form and digital. We finance, develop, produce, and finish — owned and operated under one roof.

What's different is the AI layer running through every phase. A traditional studio uses spreadsheets, instinct, and three weeks of prep meetings. Stryvia uses Storyboard AI, BOQ AI, PPM Prep AI, and Pricing AI on top of all the same craft and craft people. Same outcome — produced faster, cheaper, with sharper margins.

This isn't AI replacing producers. It's AI making producers more powerful. Every department head still owns their craft. The AI just means they spend their time on the part of the work that requires human judgement.

Development

Story selection, IP acquisition, scriptwriting, dramaturgy. Stryvia.ai assisted greenlight modeling on every project. Scripting AI in the writers room.

02
Financing

03

Casting, scouting, scheduling, budgeting, departmental staffing, full data ops. PPM Prep AI generates the entire pre-production pack from script day one.

04
Production

Physical production across multiple territories. In-house line producing and unit management. Storyboard AI feeds into daily call sheets.

05
Post-production

Editorial, sound, color, VFX, music supervision. Delivery to all major streaming standards. AI-assisted dialogue editing and dub-prep workflows.

06
Distribution

Theatrical, streaming, broadcast, festival strategy. Sales, licensing, long-tail revenue. Connected to our Marketing & Advertising division for launch.

Things we get asked.

Does the AI write or direct the film?+
No. Every Stryvia film is directed and written by humans. The AI handles the operational layer — storyboarding prep, BOQ generation, PPM packs, scheduling — so the creative team can spend their time on the work that requires human judgement. The director is the director. The AI is a tool, not a co-author.
Can we hire Stryvia for production but not use the AI?+
Yes. The AI is our edge, but it's invisible to clients who don't want it. You hire us as a traditional production house and get the full studio service. The AI just means we deliver faster and with sharper margins than studios that don't have it.
What kinds of projects do you produce?+
Feature films, premium episodic series, TVCs and commercials, branded entertainment, and select short-form. We focus on premium projects across the GCC, MENA, and selected international co-productions.
Do you co-produce or only produce in-house?+
Both. We co-produce with regional and international partners, we produce wholly in-house, and we service-produce for visiting productions that want our infrastructure and AI without the full studio relationship.

How we cast.

A modern casting house, built the way casting should work in 2026. Director-grade session management. Self-tape direction that produces tapes that actually land. A regional and international roster with depth in places most agencies miss.

The difference is the discovery layer. Casting Discovery AI reads a breakdown — character age, energy, dialect, vibe — and surfaces candidates from our database that match, including talent most casting directors would never find by hand. Then a human casting director takes over. The AI extends our reach. The taste is ours.

How we launch.

Marketing is not what happens after the film is made. It's what makes the film commercial in the first place. We launch films, build streaming campaigns, produce TVCs and commercials, and broker brand-film partnerships that pay for production.

Every campaign runs through a quiet AI layer: Placement AI finds the brand opportunities inside the script. Pitch AI scores the campaign brief against audience comparables. Stryvia.ai tells us what the project is worth and where its audience lives. Then human creatives do what they do best.

Strategic, deliberate representation. Five-year arcs, not five-week deals. We choose carefully, and once we choose, we commit fully.

Stryvia.ai's script reading powers our project-selection process — every offer that comes in is scored against the talent's career trajectory, brand, and long-term value. That's the difference between an agency and a manager: an agency gets you the next gig, a manager builds your career.

Home/About

A studio for the
next century.

Our thesis.

The content economy is being rebuilt in real time. New audiences, new infrastructure, new ways of paying for stories. The studios that win the next twenty years won't be the ones that ride trends — they'll be the ones that own the stack.

Stryvia exists to be that stack. AI tools, production, casting, talent, marketing, equipment — together, integrated, and engineered for how content actually gets made today.

We are independent, founder-led, and patient. We measure success in decades, not deals.

How we operate.

Discipline over hype. AI is a tool, not a slogan. Every model we build answers a real production question.

Craft over volume. We say no to most projects. The ones we say yes to, we commit to fully.

Integration over silos. The seven divisions are not separate companies — they are one studio with seven surfaces.

Long over loud. We are not optimizing for the news cycle. We are building a hundred-year studio.

Shot-listed storyboard + reference frames

The problem with traditional storyboarding.

A typical feature film storyboards 1,500–3,000 shots before principal photography. At industry-standard speed (10–20 boards per day per artist), that's a 6–10 week process involving 3–5 artists, costing $40,000–$120,000 per project. The director spends weeks of their attention on a process that should be a conversation.

The off-the-shelf AI image generators don't solve it. They produce beautiful frames, but they don't read your script. They don't know your characters' continuity. They can't sequence shots that flow. They are illustration tools, not directorial ones.

Storyboard AI is built around the director's intent, not the prompt. It reads the script as a screenplay — character entrances, blocking, emotional beats, camera moves implied by language — and produces a shot list with reference imagery in the director's chosen style.

How it works.

Step 1 — Script parsing. Storyboard AI ingests a script in any major format. It identifies scenes, beats, characters, props, and implicit camera language ('we pull back to reveal…' becomes a tracking shot recommendation, not a literal frame).

Step 2 — Shot decomposition. Each scene is broken into shots. The system suggests coverage: master, two-shot, singles, inserts. The director can override any choice with one tap, and the system learns the director's preferences across the project.

Step 3 — Reference generation. For each shot, the system generates 2–4 reference frames in the project's locked visual style (defined by the director up-front, with reference images and a style brief). These are illustration-grade, not photoreal — they communicate intent, not promise a final look.

Step 4 — Export. The complete storyboard exports to PDF, traditional shot-list spreadsheet, or our connected PPM Prep AI for downstream pre-production paperwork. Continuity sheets cross-reference automatically.

What makes ours different.

Character consistency across shots. The same character looks like the same character in every frame. We use a per-project character lock that's invisible to the user and rebuilt per production.

Camera grammar awareness. The system knows that 'she enters' and 'she walks in' and 'she comes through the door' have different cinematic implications and surfaces them as choices, not assumptions.

Cultural location grounding. A 'majlis scene' is correctly visualized as a majlis, not a generic living room. Trained for MENA-region content first.

Where it's used

Used in every Stryvia production. Storyboard AI feeds directly into Schedule AI and PPM Prep AI — the shots inform the schedule, which informs the budget.

The script is where everything begins or fails.

Most production tooling treats the script as a static input. Run a budget against it once. Schedule against it once. Then re-do everything when it changes — which it always does.

Scripting AI lives in the writers' room with the writer. It understands Arabic dialect distinctions (Khaleeji, Egyptian, Levantine, MSA, plus dialectal mixes the way they actually appear on screen). It maintains character voice across drafts. And critically, it's connected to Stryvia.ai's 52-metric valuation engine — so every meaningful change shows its commercial impact in real time.

Want to know what removing the second act sets-piece would do to the budget AND the audience score? Scripting AI tells you, while you're still typing.

How it works.

Format-native. Imports and exports FDX, Movie Magic, Highland, Fountain, plain DOCX. Maintains scene numbering, lock states, A/B revisions, and full revision-mode coloring.

Dialect engine. The writer selects the dialect per character. The system suggests, corrects, and translates between dialects — without flattening anyone's voice.

Live valuation feedback. A connected panel shows Stryvia.ai's 52-metric score updating as you write. Audience appeal, structural integrity, commercial fit, regulatory risk — every change scored under 1.5 seconds.

Co-writing modes. Three modes: scribe (silent, just clean up format/spelling), partner (suggests rephrasing, flags continuity), co-writer (proposes scene drafts you accept or reject line by line).

What makes ours different.

Connected to outcomes, not just text. Every other AI writer is a text generator. Scripting AI is a commercial instrument.

RTL-native, dialect-native. Built for Arabic content first. Right-to-left properly. Dialect-distinguished properly.

Character voice persistence. A character's syntactic patterns lock to that character after a draft or two. You can't accidentally make the cop sound like the priest.

Where it's used

Used in Stryvia productions. Also the writing surface inside Stryvia.ai for early-access producers.

Global product placement is a $25 billion industry. Almost all of it is discovered after a film is shot. A brand sees a finished cut and pays to be in it — or in re-shoots if the deal closes late. The placement is whatever the production already created.

That's backwards. The real value of placement comes from discovering brand opportunities at the script stage, when a scene can still be designed around the brand, when the brand brief can shape the writer's choice between two equally good story moves, and when the integration is organic instead of pasted on.

Placement AI is the only system in the world that does this for Arabic content. It reads your script scene by scene, surfaces every opportunity for organic brand integration, scores cultural sensitivity, matches your scenes to active brand briefs from our partner network, and produces a per-opportunity valuation.

How it works.

Scene-level decomposition. Every scene is parsed for objects, actions, locations, characters present, time of day, and emotional beat. A coffee shop scene is not just 'a coffee shop' — it's a specific beat, in a specific dialect, with specific characters drinking specific things.

Opportunity surfacing. Placement AI surfaces every potential brand category (beverage, automotive, fashion, electronics, fintech, telecom, etc.) per scene, with tier classification: background (a logo glimpsed), midground (the character interacts), or hero (the product is part of the action).

Cultural sensitivity layer. Every opportunity is scored for cultural fit. A beer brand cannot appear in a scene with a religious character at prayer time. The system enforces these rules; the producer doesn't need to.

Brand brief matching. Our brand-partner network submits briefs (category, target audience, no-go zones, budget). Placement AI matches scenes to active briefs in seconds, with confidence scoring.

Per-placement valuation. Using comparable historical placements, regional rate cards, and audience reach forecasts, every opportunity is given a valuation range. The producer sees the upside before the brand sees the script.

Why this changes the placement industry.

Pre-production, not post. Every other player works after the shoot. We work before the first call sheet.

Built for Arabic content. Cultural rules are encoded by region — GCC, Levant, North Africa each have different acceptability landscapes. No global tool handles this.

A structured marketplace. Placement AI isn't just discovery — it's the marketplace where productions and brands meet at the right moment.

Compound learning. Every closed deal improves the valuation engine. Every cultural flag we get right (or wrong) sharpens the sensitivity layer. The system gets more valuable with every project.

PRE-PRODUCTION

PPM Prep AI

The full pre-production meeting pack, auto-generated from a script.

Stage
Pre-production
Input
Script · Schedule constraints · HoD list
Output
PPM deck · Shot list · Breakdown sheets · Risk register

PPMs are a paperwork tax on pre-production.

A standard PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) pack for a feature includes 12–20 documents: shot list, location breakdowns, casting breakdowns, equipment manifests, day-out-of-days, schedule, budget summary, risk register, continuity notes, costume requirements, props lists. Producing them is 2–4 weeks of work for an AD team.

Almost all of it is mechanical — derivable directly from the script with a careful read. The creative judgments are in the 10% that's not mechanical. PPM Prep AI does the 90% so the AD team can focus on the 10%.

How it works.

One-pass generation. Upload a script, attach the schedule constraints (shoot window, cast availability, location pre-clears) and the system generates a complete PPM pack in under an hour.

Department-by-department breakdown. Every department (camera, lighting, sound, art, costume, hair-makeup, props, SFX, stunts, transportation, locations, catering) gets a tailored breakdown sheet.

Risk register. The system flags everything that could blow up the schedule: night exteriors in monsoon season, child labor regulations, animal handling permits, drone restrictions, location closures during religious holidays.

Editable output. Every artifact is editable. The AD team takes the generated pack and refines it — they don't start from a blank page.

What makes ours different.

End-to-end pack, not just one document. Most tools generate one artifact (a shot list, or a budget). PPM Prep AI generates the whole pack.

Connected to Schedule AI and BOQ AI. The same input drives all three. No re-entering data.

Regional rule awareness. Knows about Ramadan, knows about local labor law, knows about permit lead times in each GCC country.

Where it's used

Standard on every Stryvia production. Licensed to outside production houses as a standalone tool.

SALES & STRATEGY

Pitch AI

Analyse any pitch against the market before it goes to commissioners.

Stage
Development · Sales
Input
Pitch deck · Treatment · Loglines · Comparable list
Output
Pitch score · Audience model · Platform fit ranking · Coaching notes

Pitches die in commissioner offices for reasons you can predict.

Most pitches fail not because they're bad ideas, but because they're the wrong idea for the wrong commissioner at the wrong moment. The information needed to know this exists in the public record — comparable titles, recent commissioning patterns, audience-mix indicators — but nobody assembles it before the pitch.

Pitch AI does. Drop a deck in and get back: comparable titles by audience overlap, platform-by-platform fit scoring, the specific objections most likely to come up, and (if requested) coaching notes on how to address them.

How it works.

Comparable identification. The system identifies the 5–10 closest comparable titles by genre, demographic, format, scale, and cultural register. Not just 'similar in theme' — similar in commissioning logic.

Platform fit. Scores the pitch against the current public-record commissioning patterns of each major buyer: Netflix MENA, Shahid, Starz, TOD, OSN, regional theatricals.

Objection prediction. Based on patterns in the comparable rejections, surfaces the 3–5 most likely objections — and what evidence in the deck would answer them.

Audience model. Estimates the realistic audience size and demographic split.

What makes ours different.

Two-sided use. Used internally to vet incoming briefs (do we want to make this?), and externally by clients refining their pitch before they go to a commissioner.

Region-specific. Trained on what actually gets greenlit in MENA, not Hollywood comparables.

Honest about uncertainty. Every score comes with a confidence band. We don't fake precision.

Where it's used

Internal vetting tool at Stryvia. Available to clients via consulting engagement.

Pricing AI

Live rate intelligence for equipment, talent, crew, and locations. Same-call quotes.

Stage
Pre-production · Booking · Finance
Input
Gear list · Date range · Project tier · Region
Output
Itemized quote · Comparables · Confidence range

The standard rental house quote is a fax machine in a smartphone era.

Most cinema rental quotes take 2–4 days. Why? Because they're hand-typed by a sales rep who's looking at availability spreadsheets, last year's rate cards, and trying to remember if the client is a 'good account.' The result is a quote that's either over-priced and slow, or under-priced and unprofitable.

Pricing AI generates the quote in under 30 seconds, with comparables, with confidence ranges, and with the same discounting logic the rental house would have applied if they'd had time to think. The sales team's job becomes relationship and judgment — not data entry.

How it works.

Live rate database. Pricing AI pulls from our own inventory's live rate card, comparable market rates by region, and historical close prices on similar jobs.

Context-aware adjustments. Time of year, project tier (commercial vs. feature vs. branded), region, crew add-ons, transportation logistics, return windows — all factored in.

Confidence ranges. Every line item shows a high/mid/low band. The producer sees the negotiation room.

Same-call delivery. A producer calls in, talks through the shoot, gets a quote emailed before the call ends.

What makes ours different.

Speed. 30 seconds, not 3 days.

Transparency. Every line is explained — the producer can see why each rate is what it is.

Integration. Pricing AI's output feeds directly into BOQ AI and Finance AI. The quote becomes the budget line.

BOQ AI

A complete Bill of Quantities from a script. Every department, every line item.

Stage
Pre-production · Budgeting
Input
Script · Schedule · Crew tier · Region
Output
Itemized BOQ · Departmental sub-budgets · Comparables

A budget is the first thing every commissioner asks for.

And it takes 3–8 weeks to produce one, conservatively. Line producers manually break the script, assign rates, pad for risk, balance departments, and hand-build a spreadsheet that costs $15,000–$40,000 of their fees to produce — for a budget that's wrong the moment the script changes.

BOQ AI produces the first version of the budget in hours. Every department, every line, with comparable historical productions surfaced for each major item. Then the line producer's job becomes refinement, judgment, and negotiation — not data entry.

How it works.

Script breakdown. Every scene's requirements are extracted: cast count, location type, equipment needs, props, costumes, SFX, stunts, animal handling, child performers, etc.

Departmental allocation. Each requirement is allocated to a department with a rate, a quantity, and a confidence band.

Schedule-aware. The budget reflects the shoot length and crew structure proposed by Schedule AI.

Comparables. Every major line item shows 2–3 historical comparables from past productions of similar scale and region — the producer sees the range.

Output formats. Movie Magic Budgeting export, Excel, PDF. Or directly into Finance AI for cash-flow modeling.

What makes ours different.

Connected to the script, not the spreadsheet. A line in the script changes — the budget reflects the impact within minutes.

Regional rates by default. Built on GCC / MENA / international rate cards. Hollywood numbers are not used to budget Riyadh shoots.

Confidence-transparent. Every number has a band. No false precision.

Finance AI

Finance for film, automated. Cash-flow, completion-bond risk, incentive optimization.

Stage
Financing
Input
Budget · Schedule · Territory list · Investor structure
Output
Cash-flow model · Recoupment waterfall · Incentive optimization · Bond risk

Film financing is one of the most spreadsheet-heavy industries on earth.

Cash-flow modeling. Completion-bond risk scoring. Incentive stacking across territories. Recoupment waterfalls with five tranches of equity, two of debt, one of soft money, and seventeen exceptions. Each one of those is a custom spreadsheet that takes 1–3 weeks to build and breaks the moment a single assumption changes.

Finance AI replaces the spreadsheet. Drop in a budget and schedule, define the capital stack, and the system models everything in seconds — with sensitivity analysis on the variables that actually matter.

How it works.

Cash-flow modeling. Week-by-week cash needs across pre-production, production, post, and delivery. Stress-tested against schedule slips.

Incentive stacking. Every major MENA and global incentive (Saudi MOC, Abu Dhabi Twofour54, Jordan RFC, UK AVEC, etc.) is modeled with current rules. The system finds the optimal stack for your shoot.

Completion-bond risk. Bond underwriters look at specific risk indicators. Finance AI scores your project against them before you approach a bond company.

Recoupment waterfall. Define the capital stack — equity, mezzanine, debt, gap, soft money — and the system models the waterfall under every realistic revenue scenario.

What makes ours different.

Built for film, not for SaaS. Most finance tools are spreadsheet replacements. This is built around how film capital actually moves.

MENA-incentive native. Trained on the current regional incentive landscape.

Connected to valuation. Pulls revenue forecasts directly from Stryvia.ai's Project Valuation Engine.

Home/AI Tools/T09 · Location AI
PRE-PRODUCTION · SCOUTING

Location AI

Scout from a script. Match scenes to real, permit-cleared locations across the region.

Stage
Pre-production · Scouting
Input
Script · Date range · Logistics constraints
Output
Location options · Permit guidance · Crew accommodation map

Location scouting is one of the slowest, most analog parts of production.

A location manager reads the script, drives around with a camera, sends back hundreds of stills, and the director picks. The whole process takes weeks per location. For a feature with 30 locations, that's months — and the script changes during it.

Location AI reverses the flow. Read the scene, the system surfaces 5–10 real candidate locations from our regional database (each one with rights status, permit history, crew access, accommodation nearby, sun direction, weather patterns, recent shoot history). The manager spends their time on the shortlist, not the search.

How it works.

Database of cleared locations. We've spent two years assembling a regional database — Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco — of locations with documented permit history, owner contacts, technical specs (electrical, water, parking, neighbor relations), and seasonal data.

Scene-to-location matching. Each scene's requirements are parsed and matched against the database with multi-factor scoring.

Logistics modeling. Each candidate location is scored on crew accommodation (number of hotel rooms within 30 min), nearest equipment supply, distance from main unit base, and travel time penalties.

Permit complexity score. Each location has a permit-complexity rating — number of agencies involved, typical lead time, common gotchas.

What makes ours different.

The database is the moat. A real, regional, cleared-locations database doesn't exist publicly. Building one is years of work; we've done it.

MENA-specific permit knowledge. Knowing that a location in NEOM requires different paperwork than the same location in Al-Ula, and that both need 6-week lead times in different ways, is encoded.

Connected. Outputs feed Schedule AI (travel days affect schedule), BOQ AI (location costs affect budget), and PPM Prep AI (location risks affect prep).

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

Schedule AI

Strip-board generation and shoot schedule optimization, from script to optimized plan.

Stage
Pre-production · Operations
Input
Script · Locations · Cast availability · Crew constraints
Output
Stripboard · DOOD · Day-by-day schedule · Risk flags

Scheduling is a combinatorial problem that humans solve poorly.

An AD looks at 100 scenes, 25 cast members with overlapping windows, 30 locations with their own constraints, weather and daylight patterns, and tries to produce a 40-day shoot schedule that minimizes cost and risk. It's a problem with millions of valid solutions, and humans converge on a 'reasonable' one in 2–3 weeks.

Schedule AI solves the same problem mathematically. It produces the optimal schedule under your stated constraints in minutes — minimizing day count, balancing locations, respecting cast windows, accounting for travel and turnaround. The AD's job becomes editorial: 'we want to start strong, end on this beat' becomes a constraint, not a wish.

How it works.

Stripboard generation. Every scene is broken into a strip with all its requirements. Cast, location, day/night, INT/EXT, props, special requirements.

Constraint solver. Given cast availability, location windows, weather forecasts, and your editorial priorities, the system finds the optimal ordering.

Day-out-of-days generation. Per cast member, automatically.

Risk flagging. Tight turnarounds, weather-vulnerable scenes, location closure dates, child-performer hour limits, all surfaced as warnings.

What-if scenarios. 'What happens if we lose 3 days?' — the system re-optimizes in seconds.

What makes ours different.

Mathematical, not heuristic. Real optimization, not 'plausible-looking' schedules.

Region-aware. Knows GCC sunrise/sunset patterns, knows Ramadan working hours, knows local labor regulations.

Live re-planning. A change in cast availability mid-shoot triggers an immediate re-optimization. The AD sees the new schedule before the call sheet for the next day is sent.

Distribution AI

Predict box office and streaming performance. Model release windows and recoupment.

Stage
Distribution · Strategy
Input
Finished or near-finished cut · Territory list · Release windows
Output
Performance forecast · Window strategy · Recoupment timeline

Distribution decisions worth tens of millions are made on instinct.

Should this film go theatrical-first or direct-to-streaming? Which streaming platform pays best for this profile? What's the right rolling-territory release pattern? How long should the theatrical window be?

These decisions are typically made by 3 people in a room with a comparable list and an opinion. Distribution AI gives them a model. Not a replacement for judgment — a foundation for it.

How it works.

Performance forecasting. Per territory, per platform, per window — performance forecast with confidence bands, based on comparable releases and audience-mix indicators.

Window optimization. Tests different release-window structures (theatrical-first, day-and-date, streaming-exclusive) under different revenue models.

Recoupment modeling. Connected to Finance AI's capital stack — projects when each tranche of investors get repaid under each scenario.

Comparable surfacing. Surfaces the 5 most-comparable historical releases with their actual performance for honest reference.

What makes ours different.

MENA-trained. The streaming and theatrical landscape in the GCC behaves differently from Hollywood. The model knows that.

Honest about uncertainty. Confidence bands, not point forecasts.

Integrated. Connects to Pitch AI (greenlight stage) and Finance AI (recoupment) — one data spine across the project lifecycle.

Dub & Sub AI

Multi-dialect dialogue translation, lip-sync timing, voice matching for dubs.

Stage
Post-production · Localization
Input
Locked picture · Source script · Target dialect/language
Output
Lip-synced dub track · Subtitle file · Cultural notes

MENA distribution lives or dies on localization quality.

A film shot in Khaleeji needs to release in Egyptian. A series in MSA needs Levantine subtitles. A global title coming into the region needs careful regional adaptation across multiple dialects. Doing this badly destroys audiences. Doing it well costs $30,000–$120,000 per language pair and takes 4–8 weeks.

Dub & Sub AI doesn't replace the human dub supervisor. It accelerates them. Translation, timing, voice matching done in hours; the human spends their time on the 5% of lines where cultural nuance actually matters.

How it works.

Dialect-aware translation. Not generic Arabic — Egyptian, Levantine, Khaleeji, Maghrebi, MSA, with appropriate register adjustment.

Lip-sync timing. The system analyzes phoneme timing on the source and matches the target translation to it.

Voice library matching. Suggests voice actors from regional libraries whose timbre and register match the source actor.

Cultural notes layer. Lines with cultural risk are flagged for the human supervisor to review.

What makes ours different.

Region-specific from the ground up. Most dubbing tools handle Spanish/English well. We handle the actual Arabic dialect landscape.

Supervisor-augmenting, not replacing. The human dub supervisor stays in charge. The AI does the rote work.

Sub-and-dub integration. Subtitles and dubs are generated from the same translation pass — they stay consistent.

Where it's used

Used in Stryvia post-production. Licensed to dubbing houses and streamers for regional content.

Compliance AI

Regional regulatory risk scanning. Cultural, religious, political sensitivity for MENA.

Stage
Development through Distribution
Input
Script or finished cut · Target territories
Output
Risk register · Edit suggestions · Regulator-readiness score

Regulatory compliance is the silent killer of MENA distribution.

A finished film can be banned from a $50M market over a single scene that was acceptable everywhere else. The current process — submit to regulators, wait, hope — is high-stakes guesswork.

Compliance AI runs the regulatory rules of every major MENA territory against your script (or your cut) and produces a risk register before you submit to anyone. Where there's risk, it suggests minimum edits that preserve creative intent and unlock the market.

How it works.

Per-territory rules. The actual regulatory frameworks of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, etc. — each is a separate model with current rules.

Multi-modal scanning. Scripts (textual risk), cuts (visual + dialogue risk), trailers (compressed risk in 90 seconds).

Risk register. Every flagged moment with: which territory, which rule, severity, suggested mitigation.

Regulator readiness score. A pre-submission score telling you the likelihood of clean approval per territory.

What makes ours different.

Real regulatory frameworks, not guesses. Built with regional regulatory and legal advisors.

Pre-submission. Catches risk before money is wasted on submissions that will fail.

Minimum-edit suggestions. Doesn't tell you 'cut this scene.' Tells you 'change this single shot in the cut for this single territory.'

Stryvia.ai Whitepaper · v1.0

The 52-metric valuation taxonomy.

A full methodological disclosure of how Stryvia.ai's Project Valuation Engine scores a film. Every category. Every metric. Every confidence calculation.

Document
Methodology v1.0
Length
~12,000 words
Audience
Producers · Studios · Investors

Foreword.

This whitepaper exists for one reason: if we are going to ask studios, producers, and financiers to make decisions worth tens of millions of dollars using our Project Valuation Engine, we owe them complete methodological transparency.

The 52-metric valuation taxonomy is not a black box. Every metric is named, every category is explained, every confidence calculation is disclosed. You should be able to read this document and understand precisely how a number on Stryvia.ai was produced.

The taxonomy is versioned. This is v1.0. Future versions will expand metrics, refine weights, and incorporate new data sources. Every version is archived and accessible — historical scores can always be re-derived against the version of the engine that produced them.

The 9 categories.

The 52 metrics are organized into nine categories, each addressing a distinct dimension of how a film performs commercially and creatively. The categories are weighted equally at the top level. Within each category, individual metrics are weighted based on historical predictive power.

01. Narrative Architecture (7 metrics) — structural integrity, pacing, character development, thematic depth, dialogue density, scene economy, beat-sheet adherence.

02. Audience Resonance (6 metrics) — demographic clarity, generational reach, regional appeal, dialect accessibility, emotional engagement, replayability.

03. Commercial Indicators (6 metrics) — genre velocity, comparable-title performance, hook clarity, marketability density, brand-fit potential, theatrical viability.

04. Financial Architecture (6 metrics) — budget realism, recoupment pathway, incentive eligibility, capital-stack feasibility, bonding risk, cash-flow stability.

05. Production Feasibility (6 metrics) — schedule complexity, location complexity, talent availability, technical risk, weather/seasonal risk, departmental balance.

06. Cultural & Regulatory (5 metrics) — regional acceptability, religious sensitivity, political risk, regulatory pre-clearance, cross-territory adaptability.

07. Distribution Pathways (5 metrics) — platform fit, window optionality, festival potential, theatrical strength, secondary-market longevity.

08. Brand & Placement (5 metrics) — placement density, category diversity, brand-safety profile, integration organicity, monetization potential.

09. Talent & Creative Team (6 metrics) — director track record, lead-cast performance history, writer commercial pattern, HoD experience, package coherence, attachment risk.

Detailed metric-by-metric breakdowns follow in the technical appendix (downloadable as a separate document for serious users).

The scoring method.

Each of the 52 metrics produces a score on a normalized 0–100 scale. Within each category, metric scores are aggregated using learned weights — weights derived from regression analysis against historical outcomes of comparable productions.

Category scores are then aggregated to a top-level valuation using equal category weighting. This is a deliberate methodological choice: we believe over-weighting any single dimension (e.g. "audience" or "financial") produces a brittle model. A great film fails when any one category collapses — therefore all nine matter equally at the top.

The final output is not a single number. It is a confidence-bounded range: a most-likely valuation, an upside, and a downside, with each variable's marginal contribution disclosed. The user sees not just "score: 73" but "score: 73 ± 9, primarily driven by strong narrative architecture (+12) offset by weak distribution pathways (-7)."

Confidence intervals are computed using bootstrap resampling against the comparable-titles cohort. Where the cohort is thin (highly novel or genre-niche projects), the confidence interval widens — and we say so.

Comparable approaches.

The Project Valuation Engine is not the first attempt to quantify the unquantifiable in entertainment. We owe intellectual debts to:

Cinelytic, ScriptBook, Largo.ai — Western precursors focused primarily on box-office prediction. Their approach is largely outcome-prediction; ours is multi-dimensional commercial and creative assessment.

Academic literature on hedonic film modeling — De Vany & Walls (1999) on outcome distributions, Eliashberg et al. on demand forecasting, Litman (1983) foundational work. Where the academic literature has reached defensible conclusions, our model incorporates them.

Internal greenlight committees at major studios — the actual decision-making processes that have produced the canon. Many of our metrics are formalizations of patterns that experienced executives recognize intuitively.

What is novel in our approach: native MENA-region calibration, dialect-level granularity in audience modeling, scene-level brand placement integration, and methodological transparency. No prior system combines these.

Validation strategy.

A predictive system is only as credible as its validation. Our approach has three layers.

Backtesting. The model is tested against a held-out set of historical productions whose outcomes are known. Where the model's predicted ranges fail to contain actual outcomes, the relevant metrics are revisited.

Expert calibration. Veteran producers, distributors, and commissioners score the same projects on a parallel rubric. Where the model disagrees significantly with seasoned human judgment, we investigate — sometimes the model is right, sometimes the experts are, but the disagreement is always interrogated.

Live tracking. Every project that runs through Stryvia.ai is tracked against its eventual outcome. The model improves with every production that completes.

We will publish annual model performance reports starting at the close of our first full operational year. Hits and misses, disclosed openly.

What this model cannot do.

An honest methodological disclosure includes the limits.

It does not replace judgment. Every output is decision-support, not a decision. A producer who greenlights a project on a Stryvia.ai score alone is using the tool wrong. The tool exists to inform debate, not end it.

It cannot predict cultural moments. A film that becomes a phenomenon because of a current event is, by definition, outside any historical model. We mark such projects as high-variance and let the human evaluator override.

It is calibrated for MENA-first content. Pushing a Hollywood-Western romance through the engine will produce a number, but that number is less reliable than for content within our primary calibration domain.

It improves over time. v1.0 is the floor. v2.0, v3.0 will be substantially sharper as the data corpus grows. Historical scores are always re-derivable to the version that produced them.

A note on intellectual property.

The methodology disclosed in this whitepaper is sufficient to understand how the system works and to evaluate its outputs critically. The specific implementation — the weights, the training data, the underlying models — remains Stryvia's intellectual property.

This is the same disclosure standard used by, for example, ratings agencies in finance: the methodology is public, the implementation is proprietary. A user of our output should be able to interrogate the reasoning. A competitor should not be able to copy the system from this document.
